This website is run by TJC Applied AI, LLC, doing business as Practically Applied AI, a company of The Jorgenson Companies ("TJC"), based in Carmel, Indiana. "We," "us," and "our" mean Practically Applied AI.
You're welcome to read this site and use its forms to contact us, request a demo, or send us a house photo to render. Please send only information and photos you have the right to share, and don't use the site to send anything unlawful, harmful, or that isn't yours. The words, images, and designs on this site belong to us or the people who licensed them to us.
The site describes our services in general terms. What we do for a customer is set by the agreement we sign with that customer, not by this page.
What you're agreeing to. If you tick the optional texting box on one of our forms, say yes when we ask on a call, or text us first, you agree to receive text messages from Practically Applied AI at the number you gave us. Agreeing is never required to use our site, request a demo, or buy from us.
What we text about. Replies to your request, scheduling, demo and render updates, and follow-up about our services. These are conversations with our team, not automated marketing blasts.
How often. Message frequency varies with the conversation.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
Stopping texts. Reply STOP to any of our texts and we'll confirm and stop texting that number. You can also email us to opt out.
Getting help. Reply HELP to any of our texts, or contact us through our contact page.
Carriers. Mobile carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number and consent stay private. We never sell or share your mobile number or your texting consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. See our Privacy policy for how we handle your information.
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it's provided as is, and we can't promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses that come from using the site itself.
If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date at the top.
