We collect very little, we use it only to help you, and we never sell it. Here's exactly what that means.

This website is run by Practically Applied AI, a company of The Jorgenson Companies ("TJC"), based in Carmel, Indiana. "We," "us," and "our" mean Practically Applied AI. Questions about this policy go to the email address under Contact us below.
What you send us. Our contact, website, visualizer, and referral forms don't send anything on their own. They open your own email app with a message filled in, and nothing reaches us unless you hit send. When you do, we receive what's in that email: usually your name, business name, email address, and phone number if you include it, along with your request. For visualizer requests, that includes the house photo you attach and the products and colors you'd like to see.
Referrals. If you use our referral form, we receive your name, business, and email, plus the name, business, and contact details of the business you're introducing. Only refer someone you believe would welcome the introduction.
Site analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across other websites, and doesn't identify you personally; it counts visits in aggregate.
What we don't collect. This site doesn't use advertising trackers or tracking cookies, and we don't build profiles of visitors.
What happens automatically. Like any website, our host, Cloudflare, records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the fonts load. Google's own privacy policy covers that.
We use the photos you send only to make the renders you asked for. We don't publish your photos or renders, use them in our marketing, or share them outside the people and tools that produce your renders, unless you give us permission first. Please send only photos you have the right to share.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We share it only:
We keep your information while we're working with you and for as long as we reasonably need it for that work, our records, and the law. When we no longer need it, we delete it.
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you the personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can stop our marketing emails at any time. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days. We won't treat you differently for asking.
Do Not Track. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because this site doesn't track you across other websites, there's nothing for that signal to turn off, and we don't change how the site works in response to it.
We use reputable providers and sensible safeguards to protect what you send us. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't email us anything sensitive like passwords or payment card numbers.
This site is for businesses. It isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we'll delete it.
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date at the top.
